I really enjoyed reading this second installment on the Red Ridge Pack series. You will find a mix of things going on in this book that is really entertaining and attention getting. I actually read this in one day. (I had a hard time putting it down.) You can't help but fall in love with Aiden. There is a part in this where Aiden is at his back door and is doing something, (NOT going to give a Spoiler!!), that will make you Laugh Out Loud. I literally couldn't read for a couple minutes because I was laughing so hard. The way this one part alone was written, you can actually picture it happening. Expressions, actions, everything. It was awesome!! One part I really have to disagree with in this book is:***SPOILER:***
Teenagers, that are "IN" High School, "thinking" they are in Love and then have sex? I know it is common, but to encourage it in a book as being not a big deal and written about like it should be done, I GREATLY disagree.
I also didn't really care for the ending. At first Cade is "okay" with what is going on. But the ending says something altogether different and without warning. What?!

BUT, it isn't enough to steer me away from recommending this book. If you like shifters, humor, laughter, love story and some action? You will love this story. I am definitely looking forward to the next one to come out.

This a decent werewolf tale, the second of the Red Ridge Pack. I don't know if there will be a third but I will pick it up also. Basically it is not the worst book I have read but not the best either. It is just an easy read when you have a few minutes and are into werewolves.
Good YA book, easy read! Couldn’t put it down!!
I enjoyed the first in the series Pack of Lies and this booked picked up where the other left off. I really enjoy readi g books that give you each characters perspective, I love knowing what's going on in each persons minds. You can understand why Teagan is so scared to let Aiden in BUT who could not give in to someone who is so clearly in love with you. I enjoyed it from beginning to end.
omg. what a great series. you will find yourself at the edge of your seat. this is werewolf writing at its best. truly captivating and addictive
I didn't enjoy this book as much as the first, but I really can't decide why. I guess I found the inner dialogue of T to be quite repetitive and rather judgemental. The last lines in the book may have convinced me to read the next in the series but otherwise I may not have done so.
This story is a romance between Aiden Wright, a werewolf and alpha's son and a human girl, Teagan Rhodes from a disfunctional family, who always believed she was not good enough. There are secrets about the Red Ridge pack that must be kept and a deranged werewolf-hunter, Peter who is seeking revenge must be stopped. It is an interesting mix of the romantic and a clash of two worldshuman and werewolf with a twist of revenge and betrayal, all the elements to make a fantastic story and good reading.
Aiden is the brother of Allison (the main female character from the first book). At the end of the first book Aiden is in the hospital. In this book he recovers, questioning his wolf's abilities and falling for Teagan, a beautiful friend of Allison's. We met her in the first book. At first she reminded me of the shy, loner type but she was more cautious than anything else. Her negative past with the good looking popular crowd (aka high school werewolves incognito) gave her pause and questioned Aiden's intent.
This was a great sequel, Looking forward to more from this author.
